Conduct market demand analysis and drive new product development, including both new product lines and improvements to existing ones, to optimize product portfolio competitiveness. Oversee product line integration, development, and maintenance to align with customers' full-line solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage existing suppliers, including product integration, cost analysis, and price negotiations, to reduce procurement costs. Identify and develop new supplier resources to expand collaboration opportunities and strengthen the supply chain system. Collect and analyze industry information to support strategic decision-making. Execute other procurement-related tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience. Familiarity with hardware tools, power tools, outdoor products, etc. is preferred. Strong trade product development skills, capable of independently managing projects and taking ownership. Excellent teamwork, negotiation, communication, and learning abilities. Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese; proficiency in English is a plus. High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally
