1、Having the ability to design complete set of optionsindependently. Meanwhile in charge of negotiating with clients, explaining design ideas accurately and getting approval from clients. To ensure that the implementation of the design options can be achieved in construction. 2、According to the requirements of projects, coordinating and organizing work around design options. 3、Participating in the organization and management of project, to ensure that the design intention to be fully expressed and implemented in all stages of design. 4、In charge of working timetables of all design stages, which including concept design, schematic design, preliminary design and construction design as well as site service. Meanwhile delivering design options in time and checking design process for all the projects as well as being responsible for the final quality of design. 5、 In charge of communicating and coordinating with Local Design Institution (LDI) and other cooperation units about architecture design. Modifying and reviewing design options.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Architecture Design. Additional experience in interior design and/or landscape design preferred. Exceptionally strong conceptual design and schematic design skills Previous experience working on large and complex projects in all design phases is required Experience in the Commercial and Corporate sectors is preferred Previous experience on Healthcare projects desired but not required B Arch or M Arch degree Architectural professional licensure a plus; LEED AP a plus Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment is required Comprehensive understanding of a project design process and communication
