The Senior Account Executive is responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day account servicing efforts across all of the Client’s business units in China. Reporting to the Account Manager and Senior Account Director, the Senior Account Executive will be the key contact between the creative agency, media agency and clients. This candidate will represent Tag to provide the highest quality of work, on time and within budget, and ensure all necessary quality check is done and approvals received before releasing any materials. Responsibilities: – Key account representative between Tang Media and the agencies – Contact Creative agency to ensure necessary final artwork materials are uploaded to the client’s Digital Asset Library, and in the right folders, with the necessary information updated in the Metadata fields – Contact Media Agencies and / or Publications to retrieve necessary media specifications and request for extension of deadlines – Media specifications received should be updated in the Media Specifications database – Maintain overall quality control on all deliverables and ensure materials submitted are on time and accurately – Ensure all administrative work is completed according to Tang Media requirements, i.e. opening of job tickets, getting comments and approvals all via Tang Media Online System

– Minimum 3 years account management experience in a global advertising agency – A diploma / degree in communication, advertising or marketing – Understanding of media schedules / specifications for ATL, BTL and interactive – Written and Spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. Japanese or Korean proficiency is an advantage – Organized, task oriented and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must – Eye for detail and interpersonal skills is a must, even when working under tight schedules and pressure – Day-to-day work will require confident use of the standard Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
