Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop new client resources (e.g., contractors, engineering firms, developers) and maintain long-term partnerships.
Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide customized building material solutions.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely order execution.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned regions or products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Product Technical Knowledge
Provide professional technical guidance on products (e.g., steel grades, material durability).
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project implementation.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work with logistics, marketing, and after-sales teams to enhance client satisfaction.
Provide market feedback to support product optimization and service process improvements.
Reporting & Compliance
Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, client feedback, and market insights.
Comply with company policies and Thai local regulations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
College diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
2+ years of sales experience in building materials (steel, cement, etc.) or construction industry.
Prior experience in the Thai / Malaysian market or B2B sales is preferred.
Skills
Fluency in English/Chinese (Thai language is a plus).
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) is advantageous.
Valid Thai/Malaysian/international driver’s license (required for client site visits).
Competencies
Self-motivated, adaptable to frequent client visits and short-term business travel.
Familiarity with Thai/Malaysian construction standards and certifications.
