Formulate and promote product strategies and marketing programs in line with the company's development strategy and market positioning; 3. Monitor market dynamics, collect and summarize information of potential customers and competitors, and form preliminary analysis reports; 4. Formulate differentiated development strategies, develop local market channels, develop and maintain local distributors, customers and other related resources; 5. Complete the tasks assigned by the leader.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited; 2. Fluent in Chinese, proficient in Russian, able to communicate with customers in this language; 3. Have sales or market research experience in five Central Asian countries, understand the local market and culture; 4. Have more than 3 years of work experience, outgoing personality, clear logic, strong self-drive, good pressure bearing ability; Good independent thinking ability, able to work independently; 5. Overseas domicile: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan; 6. Bathroom, cabinet, building materials industry is preferred.
