Role review: This position is responsible for the sales of CW Lasers products, we need someone with relevant experience. CW Lasers is the abbreviation of continuous wave lasers. These CW lasers are widely used in industrial processing, medical and biotechnology, scientific research, communications and optoelectronics, national defense and aerospace, material processing and other industries. Job Description: 1. Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers for laser equipment in the United States and Canada; 2. Visit customers regularly in responsible region; 3. Identify new sales opportunities and target markets; 4. Develop sales strategies to increase sales and profits; 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities; 6. Setup regular strategic plans and forecasts for sales in the assigned region; 7. Proactively maintain product and technical knowledge to expected standard; 8. Work closely with the after-sales team to improve customer satisfaction level; 9. Participate in fairs and exhibitions; 10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions; 11. Other assignments by the company.

Job Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of sales experience in CW Lasers products; 2. Familiar with the North American market.
