Job responsibilities: 1. Lead the overseas sales team to develop global market, and assisted the overseas sales team to manage and review the progress of key product line promotion, quotation, order, payment collection, inventory, etc., and completed the performance target set by the department; 2. Established overseas sales network and sales management system, and developed and segmented overseas markets; 3. Actively carry out overseas market research, analysis and forecast;Collect and sort out overseas market information and give timely feedback to relevant departments; 4. Responsible for the establishment and management of overseas sales teams, including recruitment, training, assessment and incentive, performance improvement, work discipline, team activities, etc., and cooperate with related departments to improve related management systems.

Job requirements: 1. At least 5 years of IC overseas sales experience, and at least 2 years of sales team management experience; 2. Good English communication and reading skills; familiar with the language habits of foreigners is preferred; 3. Rich experience in leading the team in developing large and medium-sized clients, rich experience in visiting clients and excellent negotiation skills; 4. Familiar with the market development status of the components and components industry and have abundant overseas customer channels; 5. Have a clear understanding of various management methods, and be able to think strategically and overall about the department system and management.
