Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1, Channel & Key Account Marketing Strategy.
2, Understand the U.S. B2B market, especially industries related to products (education, small business, customized gifts, design studios, etc.).
3, Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for distributors and key accounts, including lead generation, joint marketing activities, product promotion, and brand building.
4, Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and sales goals.
5, Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution.
6, Lead and execute online/offline marketing activities for distributors and business customers, such as webinars, trade shows, product launches, training sessions, and customer events.
7, Provide distributors with marketing kits (product materials, sales scripts, case studies, posters, digital content) and training support.
8, Manage B2B digital marketing campaigns (EDM, LinkedIn content, paid ads) to generate qualified leads.
9, Closed-Loop Management & Data Analysis.
10, Build a tracking and evaluation system for distributor and key account marketing activities, linking marketing input to sales output.
11, Use CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track conversion, and generate reports.
12, Regularly analyze ROI and optimize marketing strategies based on data insights.
13, Partner Enablement & Relationship Management.
14, Maintain strong relationships with distributor and key account marketing contacts.
15, Provide regular communication and training to enable partners to run independent marketing campaigns for products.
16, Collect and share market feedback with product, sales, and marketing teams.
17, Budget Management.
18, Plan, manage, and control B2B channel marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2, 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in channel or key account marketing.
3, Experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, tech, or education industry preferred.
4, Strong understanding of B2B marketing, channel management, and sales enablement.
5, Skilled in integrated marketing planning and project management, able to deliver large-scale campaigns.
6, Proficient in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, content, social media, automation).
7, Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis, with strong analytical skills.
8, Excellent English communication skills required; Mandarin is a strong plus for collaboration with global teams.
9, Personal traits: results-driven, responsible, strong communication and negotiation skills, adaptable to fast-paced environment, creative with strategic thinking and hands-on attitude.
