Job Responsibilities: 1. Fully utilize the company's proprietary platform, deeply explore potential customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships; 2. Organize platform data, gather effective information from suppliers and markets, and provide strong support for business decisions; 3. Maintain close communication with business sales and operations teams, and timely share industry trends and market trends; 4. Assist business sales in customer maintenance and order tracking to ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction; 5. Participate in daily business promotion, quotation and related work follow-up; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications for the position: 1. College degree or above, fresh graduates or more than 1 year of experience, with customer service or sales work experience preferred; 2. Familiar with Southeast Asian shipping knowledge, familiar with transportation terms and pricing processes, with a solid professional foundation; 3. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, able to quickly integrate into the team; 4. Can accept permanent residency or business trips to Thailand.
