Job responsibilities
1.Responsible for customer service + community maintenance of the company's mobile Internet product APP according to the operational goals and plans; 2.Handle user complaints, improper use and other problems through application center and email reply 3.Responsible for the data collection, processing and analysis of users of the company's APP products, regularly forming business reports and providing business development Suggestions; 4.Assist to write improvement plan according to user usage and complaint.
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above, major in Japanese or native Japanese speaker who can work in Chinese/English; 2.Good communication skills and service awareness; 3.Able to communicate with customers skillfully in Japanese (mainly in writing); 4.Proactive in work, good at finding and solving problems, independent thinking ability and strong learning ability
