JOB PURPOSE: Maintaining overall customers' satisfaction with existing customers and ensure all projects running smoothly ; Ensuring customer issues are being researched and resolved in an efficient and timely manner Develop new accounts to maximize sales volume of EMS business. JOB DESCRIPTION : 1. Responsible for the overall direction and control of Marketing, Account management and Sales activities in the Company's EMS division. 2. Responsible for initiating, planning, developing, coordinating and executing Sales & Marketing policies, strategies, objectives and special sales projects 3. Responsible for the direction and coordination of a field sales force ad achievement of the sale targets 4. Responsible for maintaining excellent overall customers service with the Company's existing customers 5. Developand expand current business volumes and opportunities. Take lead in negotiations of major contracts and develop personal contacts with major clients. 6. Form a part of the management team and play a key role in setting Company policy and guidelines 7. Take leads for Sales and Marketing events and activities. 8. Advise management on customer trends and feedback. 9. Attend trade shows, conducts sales missions, familiarization tours and site visits to solicit convention/meeting business. 10.
