Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: University and Schools Partnership Development • Identify and engage universities, colleges, and educational institutions worldwide to explore collaboration opportunities. • Negotiate partnership agreements and support the onboarding of new partner universities and schools. • Prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for institutional partners Student Recruitment & Sales • Generate and qualify student leads through partner universities and schools, online channels, and education fairs. • Respond to inquiries, provide program details, and guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process. • Follow up with leads and achieve recruitment targets. • Maintain and update the CRM database to track leads and conversion rates. Marketing & Content Creation • Plan and execute social media strategies to promote programs (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat). • Create engaging bilingual content (Chinese & English) for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and the website. • Monitor and analyse marketing performance to optimize reach and conversion. • Prepare sales collateral (brochures, presentations, videos) for both student and university and schools audiences. Event Coordination • Organize and promote webinars, info sessions, and international education events. • Represent Wo Hui Mandarin at education fairs and partner meeting.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication, Marketing, Business Development, International Education, or a related field • Foreign and Chinese nationals in China with minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment (experience in higher education or international exchange strongly preferred) • Native or near-native English (both written and spoken); Chinese language ability • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage universities and institutional partners • Strong understanding of social media and marketing tools (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva) • Goal-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting sales and partnership targets
