Job responsibilities
1. Develop overseas freight business, track cargo regularly and understand cargo status, and provide accurate information to customers.
2. It is better to have African security resources, such as familiar with local government personnel and various police officers, to provide security guarantee for China-Africa trade.
3. Collect relevant customer information, establish a rich and perfect customer database, complete work targets, actively understand industry information and market trends, and skillfully use professional knowledge and company resources to provide services for customers.
4. Skype, telephone, media, forums, social software and other platforms to develop customers or look for overseas agent resources, develop domestic trading companies, import and export factories and other customers. Track and maintain customer relationship, accurately grasp customer logistics demand, logistics planning.
