Job Overview: As a frontline sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and servicing clients within a specific region or industry, with a focus on enterprises involved in data center projects (e.g., internet companies, financial institutions, corporations). The primary objective is to understand customer needs, promote the company's IT products and solutions, and ultimately achieve sales targets. This is a challenging yet growth-oriented role that serves as a stepping stone to becoming a future sales leader. Key Responsibilities:  Client Acquisition & Retention: Proactively identify and develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships through regular visits, gaining in-depth understanding of their business needs and project plans.  Opportunity Management: Effectively follow up on leads from marketing and self-developed channels, manage the sales pipeline, and drive deals to closure.  Solution Promotion: Clearly articulate the value of company products (e.g., servers, storage, networking solutions), assess customer requirements, and coordinate with pre-sales engineers for technical proposals.  Bid Support: Assist senior sales managers in the bidding process, including preparing commercial documents, price negotiations, and contract approval follow-ups.  Channel Collaboration: Work closely with authorized channel partners to jointly serve end clients and achieve sales targets.  Sales Reporting: Regularly update CRM systems with accurate client interactions and progress, and submit sales reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university. Domestic graduates must be from 985/211 Project universities, while overseas graduates must be from institutions ranked within the top 700 in QS/US News/ARWU rankings.  Work Experience: 2-4 years of IT sales or business development experience in Southeast Asia. Prior experience in data centers, cloud computing, or enterprise hardware/software sales is preferred. Fresh graduates must have relevant internship experience in the IT industry. Core Competencies:  Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a strong drive to close deals.  Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Thai is required. Basic comprehension of Chinese is sufficient (not required as a working language).  Resources & Channels: Candidates with an existing network of clients or distributors will be prioritized.  Resilience: Ability to handle sales pressure while maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude.  Personal Traits: Results-driven, proactive, eager to learn, and capable of frequent local client visits. Start Date:  Around October 1st
