1. Bachelor degree or above, more than four years of work experience 2. ACCA or CMA preferred 3. Be familiar with the cost management system and comprehensive budget management system of Russian enterprises, and be able to effectively and forcefully promote various standardized practices 4. Be familiar with Russian accounting standards and relevant financial, tax and audit laws, regulations and policies; Have comprehensive financial professional knowledge, accounting treatment, financial management and other experience 5.Fluency in English or Chinese is preferred
