1. Perform functional tests of board and system level products 2. Test and troubleshoot board failures 3. Sets up and operates machines/equipment/fixtures needed to perform repair and testing process 4. To keep track for any defective or stock rotation return from customers in any channel 5. Picking, packing products for RMA 6. Check and record RMA inventory (includes: Demo units & Marketing materials) in stock on a regular basis 7. To assist Visayas distributors RMA process as problem arises 8. To conduct burn-in test for all demo units prior to releasing and upon returning 9. To conduct basic troubleshooting 10. To conduct sales & technical training to clients 11. Follows all corporate, safety and production procedure and regulations and maintains a clean and orderly workstation. Adheres to the company standards and regulations.

1. BS in Engineering/IT graduates 2. Demonstrate ability related to engineering principles 3. With prior experience or training to CCTV or any related industry 4. Experience using test instruments like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, etc. 5. Well-developed computer application skills on Adobe design and/or any design software's, CAD & Microsoft Office Package
