Job responsibilities
1.Develop and implement the company's long-term development strategy and annual business plans for the Hong Kong region, ensuring alignment with the headquarters' strategic objectives. 2。Conduct in-depth analysis of Hong Kong market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify key growth opportunities, and formulate corresponding sales and marketing strategies. 3.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key local partners, including government agencies, industry associations, and mainstream media, to enhance the company's brand influence and resource integration capabilities. 4.Be responsible for building and developing a localized business team, improving overall team performance and capabilities, and ensuring the development and retention of key talent.
Job Requirements
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management. 2.Proven success in pioneering new markets or business lines from the ground up, with the ability to independently lead projects and achieve objectives. 3.Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4.Exceptional bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use them fluently as working languages.
