1. As a member of the guest service team of the Hotel Operation Department, assisted the person-in-charge of each branch of the Operation Department to do a good job in front office, catering and guest room service; 2. Front office: participate in front office related activities, such as reception, check-in and check-out procedures, room arrangement for guests and assistance in dealing with guests' inquiries. 3. Catering: provide fast and enthusiastic catering services for guests, and ensure the appearance quality of catering according to the set standards; 4. Guest room: Understand the guest situation of guests, take charge of guest room service, reasonably arrange working hours according to working procedures, and provide guests with a comfortable living environment.

1. Japanese nationals (Japanese students in China are preferred) must have basic Chinese communication skills; 2. Foreigners who can speak Japanese or compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; 3. Under the age of 35, female is preferred.
