This position is based in the Project/Operation Management Department of Sanya Urban Investment,Construction and Operation Group Co.,Ltd. The role involves developing project plans, overseeing process control, and managing completion acceptance throughout the full project lifecycle. The incumbent will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project progress, cost, and quality objectives are met, collect industry trends and market information, and prepare in-depth research reports. Additionally, the role includes participation in industrial investment attraction, external cooperation negotiations, and brand promotion activities. Salary Range: Negotiable.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; 2.Background in Real Estate, Planning, or related fields; 3.Familiar with real estate development processes, project planning, and schedule management; 4.Skilled in cost control, contract management, and risk identification; 5.Strong organizational and coordination skills with team management awareness, able to drive project goals to completion.
