Requirement Research: Lead market research, requirement definition and product planning for the blue film 6-sided inspection project; complete competitive product analysis reports and product roadmap design. R&D Plan Formulation: Decompose R&D requirements based on company strategy, clarify project objectives, milestones and phased tasks, and formulate detailed implementation plans. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress regularly, coordinate resources to resolve conflicts, and feedback project status through data analysis and reports. Risk Management: Identify technical or process risks, develop preventive measures and promote closed-loop problem solving.

Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in engineering (mechanical, electronic, materials or related majors preferred) or relevant fields. More than 3 years of experience in product management/R&D management (algorithms, software) for industrial inspection products; familiarity with 6-sided inspection technology or optical inspection field is preferred. Outstanding cross-departmental coordination ability, capable of handling conflicts in R&D, production, marketing and other links; candidates with PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, with research spirit and pressure resistance, able to adapt to project tackling needs.
