1. Identify customers’ demand for product quality, formulate internal quality control standards, and ensure their implementation. 2. Introduce advanced product quality inspection, evaluation methods, and technologies. 3. Help with the quality inspection, quality control, and dealing with substandard product; addressing customer complaints, returns, etc.; and investigating and analyzing root causes so as to organize and promote corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. 4. Summarize product quality status, plan and promote quality improvement initiatives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Standardization Engineering, Project Management, or related fields, with proficiency in Chinese and a solid professional foundation. 2. Demonstrate a proactive and down-to-earth work attitude, along with strong pressure resistance, team collaboration skills, and problem analysis and solving abilities.
