1.Direct manufacturing design activities focused on the design, development and manufacturing of products; 2.Actively oversee cross functional development projects; 3.Interact and proactively forge new relationships with external partners, including Global Commercial team Identify, prioritize and resource base business activities such as technical support of existing products; 4.Provide consultation and direction regarding market trends; 5.Propose & implement improvements to company related systems, procedures and specifications to improve design efficiency and quality; 6.Strictly maintain confidential Information and intellectual property (IP) includes Product development information, designs, trade secrets, government reporting and legal matters, sales volumes and marketing strategies; 7.All work will be carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ability to comply with the R&D goals, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations; 8.Effectively communicates with cross functional leaders, as well as each division commercial teams; 9.Ability to manage and allocate resources to assigned projects which result in completing projects on time and within budget.

1.Bachelor degree or above, above 5 years’ experience for printing and /or packaging and sundries products; 2.Above 3 years experience of team management; 3.Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills; 4.Exhibits effective time management and decision making skills. Ability to effectively utilize both written and oral communications formats when making presentations; 5.Demonstrates a high level of initiative; 6.Fluent oral and written in English, Chinese is a plus
