Experience in establishing and managing r&d systems and processes of large companies. 3. Can establish the incentive mechanism of the r&d department. 4. Coordinated and arranged the work of the r&d department, and effectively led the team to achieve the r&d tasks.

Proficient in using soildworks/proe/office and other software. 4. Familiar with the production equipment of LCD module products, touch module products, semiconductor and other industries. 5.
