Job Responsibilities: Monitor and improve quality processes in manufacturing, especially for SMT/PCBA production lines. Analyze and resolve quality issues during production. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track improvement effectiveness. Establish testing standards and guide QC/QA personnel in following quality procedures. Participate in handling customer feedback (if applicable), investigate defects, and provide 8D reports or equivalent documentation.

Job Requirements: Vietnamese candidates preferred; Chinese candidates fluent in Vietnamese will also be considered. Associate degree or higher required. Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC supervisor; prior experience in PCBA/SMT manufacturing is preferred. Familiarity with quality tools: 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
