1.Buildup a effective quality system, lead and support team to maintain quality operation including supplier management, IQC, IPQC, OQC and NPI; 2.Understand and drive regulatory、appropriate QMS certifications(i.e. ISO9000,ISO14000,TS1694 9..), act as company's quality management representative; 3.Cooperates with top management in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and quality goals; 4.Lead QA to join early design with R&D during NPI, construct and maintain FA&RA lab to support products qualification, failure analysis and ORT; 5.Works as a partner with suppliers to ensure that the material spec. is followed, the process is under control to ensure the material quality and on time delivery; 6.Manages customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits; 7.Reviews customer complaint issue with CFT team and drive for problem resolution and continuous improvement by 8D step; 8.Reviews weekly/monthly quality performance with top management team to identify the key areas for continuous improvement;

"1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical / electronic / automation; 2.At least 5 years' quality assurance experience in semiconductor packaging and testing area, including more than 3 years' experience as a team leader or manager; 3.Familiar with quality system ( ISO9000, TS16949 , EICC, ISO14000 etc),experence for QMS development and certification; 4.Plentiful experience of suppler management、incoming material quality control; 5.Plentiful experience of dealing with customer complaints/audits,familiar with 8D analysis and report. 6.Familiar with quality tools of SPC, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, MSA, 6 sigma etc., Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification are preferred. 7.Plentiful experiance in failure analysis and reliability engineering, familiar with Mil-STD, Jedec, IPC etc. international standard and requirement; 8.Plentiful customer service experience with global company,familiar with SiP module assembly process: PA/MEMS/FPM/Fibe etc. are preferred. 9.Good English and mandarin communication skills with both internal team and external team/parties; 10.Good team spirit, good character and sense of responsibility."
