1. Help the company to have the qualification as the entrusting party of manufacturing (business scope: food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, daily necessities, etc.); 2. According to local laws and regulations, develop and implement the relevant quality system procedures and documents as an entrusting party; 3. Audit suppliers’ factories based on quality and safety standards such as IFS/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000/ISO 22716, participate in all aspects of quality management, and be responsible for supplier evaluation, review the product specifications and certificates of analysis (COAs); 4. Ensure that the products produced by the entrusted manufacturer comply with the product safety regulations and meet the requirements of our company, guide the entrusted manufacturer to analyze the root cause of complaints, collect their corrective and preventive plans for non-conforming product, and continuously monitor and follow up the implementation; 5. Review and modify the packaging and labels of products (dietary supplements, cosmetics, daily necessities, etc.) according to local labeling regulations, to ensure that the commercial terms and basic product information comply with local laws and regulations; 6. Collect information such as product layout in offline markets and other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. Bilingual in Italian and English, proficient in written and spoken. 2. Major in food safety, food engineering, biology, pharmacy, chemical technology or related, associate degree or above, with quality management related certificates in line with Italian authoritative certification. 3. More than two years of relevant experience, under 40 years old (25-30 years old is preferred). 4. Proficient in the use of office software (proficient in the output of data analysis, Microsoft software), conference software (Teams or Zoom), and can accept frequent business trips (mainly in Northern Europe).
