-Plan, organize and control all QA activities to meet with Company’s KPI or targets. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct trainings to employees on Quality programs and systems throughout the company. -Prepare monthly reports on Quality Performance, Audit Findings, and make recommendations for improvement. -Provide leadership to the Quality team and improve company’s quality standard and productivity -Any other jobs assigned by the Management from time to time as deem necessary.

-Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent -Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in a manufacturing company with 2 years experience in a Management capacity. - Strong analytical and logical thinking - People Manager with excellent problem solving skills - Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 QMS in a manufacturing company - Ability to negotiate with customers to resolve various quality issues.
