1.Operator Development: Lead and manage partnerships with major Mexican telecom operators, including Telcel, AT&T, Movistar, and Altan, to secure direct agreements. 2.Supplier Acquisition: Source and establish stable partnerships with suppliers across Mexico and other Americas regions. Continuously identify high-quality resources and expand product collaborations. 3.Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to provide accurate insights on market trends, demand shifts, and resource feedback to support company strategies. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration: Assist in formulating product pricing strategies, adjust resource pricing in real-time, resolve supply chain issues with operations teams, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve performance goals.

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of purchasing experience in the A2P SMS or related industry. 2.Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible team player with strong collaboration skills. 3.Excellent stress management, logical thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 4.Proven client management and business development skills. Prior experience with telecom operators is preferred. 5.Fluent in English; Prefer in Chinese proficiency.
