Job Responsibility:Current: construction period• Review and evaluate construction bids;• Manage a team of technical staff, contractors, consultant and owners representative.• Prepare request for proposal for engineering consulting services, quotations from contractors and suppliers.• Prepare project schedule, construction budget, cash flow, correspondences and project reports .• Evaluate work change and variations, work done and verify contractors progress payment claims .• Coordinate and liaise with all the related parties from construction commencement till completion of the project.• Ensure technical specifications and drawing are complete and in compliance with the municipal engineering and building code requirements• Monitor, control and manage construction cost against budgeted in a project against planned• Organize inspection for certification and obtainment of the relevant Permits, Certificate of Substantial Completion• Coordinate with the contractors in carrying out the correction of defective and non-conforming work before and during defect liability period • Identify and resolve dispute and conflicts among all related parties in the project• Prepare budgets for regular reporting to the management • Prepare final reports necessary for close-out of the development or consulting services project .If you’re interested in this position, pls send me your cv with picture***@***.***and***@***.***Best regardsDavid

Qualifications:• University degree, major in Civil Engineering, Electrics & Mechanics engineering or related major. • Excellent Communication Skill• At least 10 years relevant working experience, preferred in rubber industry.• Familiar with utility equipments(Central A/C, compressor, network & telephone system, cooling water, chilled water system, hot oil system, electrical power supply, compressed air etc.), special equipments(Crane, forklift, elevator etc.) • Good command of oral and written English Experience in ISO9000 will be a plus.
