1.Ensure all the projects running well in accordance with the standards of our company. 2.Providevalue-added service to maximize opportunities with customer. 3.Support Sales to provide business information from owner and support on bidding. 4.Monitor key projects implementation to ensure all deliverables on time with high-quality. 5.Regular review all projects implementation, point out potential issues to avoid risks. 6.Monitor project budget and make matching analysis between received amount and project cost to ensure meeting margin target. 7.Keep communication with each department to ensure our service is meet or exceed client’s needs. 8.Supervise the project progress, timely get reguest or comments from customer, then give constructive feedback or solutions.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years Java server development experience, strong data analysis ability. 2. Skilled in SQL, VBS, web crawler and have rich experienced in project implementation is preferred. 3. Proficient in BI tools, such as Fine Report, Power BI, etc. 4. Experienced in supply chain digitalization projects is preferred. 5. Aggressive and eager to learn, good teamwork spirit, good communication skills, good problem analysis and solving skills. 6. More than 5 years IT team manager experience 7. Good English communication skills
