An international profile of excellence in research, with a sustained record of high-quality publications in leading peer-reviewed journals. Strong evidence of success in securing major national and international competitive research grants, and in leading large-scale, externally funded research projects. Proven record of excellence in teaching and learning, with experience of curriculum design, innovation, and quality assurance. Demonstrated academic leadership, including mentoring PhD students, junior colleagues and contributing to departmental and faculty strategy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external collaborations.
