1, Carrying out a designated programme of English language teaching in all key stages and being a role model for pupils, inspiring a keen interest in the subject. 2, Ensure classrooms are well organised and purposeful activities are carried out throughout the day. 3, Implement and model high standards of work practice and review, critically reflecting on and evaluating their own practice. 4, Demonstrate great personal care and support for pupils, promoting learning styles that cater for individual differences. 5, Set clear teaching and learning objectives using core teaching resources and support materials. 6, Assess and analyse pupils' progress to inform teaching and provide constructive feedback to promote pupils' progress. 7, Respect, appreciate and understand differences in learning and school culture. 8, Participate in the culture of professional learning. 9, Collaborate with other faculty, staff, and administrators. Take responsibility for and actively advocate for all management decisions. 10, Participate regularly in after-school activities. 11, Perform other duties as assigned by the headmaster or department head.
