1. Establish and improve the management system and processes for the factory's planning department to ensure effective operation. 2. Develop monthly and weekly production tasks based on the company's business conditions and track their implementation. 3. Manage planning, material control, order tracking, and data teams. 4. Enhance the timeliness and accuracy of production and material planning, coordinate with the domestic procurement department to establish reasonable shipping cycles and safety stock, and ensure material supply. 5. Reasonably control inventory funds, analyze inventory age, organize and promote the clearance of obsolete materials, and manage key material inventory warnings. 6. Responsible for team management and talent development.

1. Possess strong skills in planning, organization, communication, coordination, execution, and team management. 2. Under 38 years old, with over 5 years of relevant work experience and more than 2 years of team management experience. 3. Must be willing to be stationed at an overseas factory for at least 2 years.
