Job Responsibilities Product Design In-depth understanding of market demand, user habits and industry trends, participate in product planning, put forward innovative and market competitive product design program. According to product positioning and market demand, carry out product design, functional design and structural design to ensure the practicality and aesthetics of the product. Collaborate with the engineering team for product prototyping, testing and improvement to ensure the feasibility and reliability of product design solutions. Design and Communication Work closely with the marketing team to translate design concepts and product features into effective marketing materials to enhance product brand image. Communicate and collaborate with R&D team, production team and other related departments to ensure smooth implementation of design programs and production efficiency. Timely collect and feedback comments and suggestions from customers, market and internal team to continuously optimize product design. Design Research and Innovation Pay attention to industry design dynamics and technology development, continuously update design concepts and methods, and improve design level. Participate in design research and innovation projects, explore new design fields and application scenarios, and promote the upgrading and iteration of the company's product design. Organizing and filing design documents Prepare and organize product design related documents, including design sketches, renderings, structural drawings, product specifications, etc. Establish and maintain product design files to ensure the confidentiality and traceability of design results.

Skills required: - Creative mind, self-motivated and able to work independently; - At least had 2 years professional experience to join our team. - Understands the global trends, excellent sense of style; - Excellent drawing and computer knowledge including 3D solid works; - Basic oral English, able to communicate with foreign designers on daily basis.
