1. Lead designer team to complete the products design (mechanical) 2. Cooperate with the related departments to fulfill annual design tasks and follow up product design process until their inception of serial production. 3. Supervise the designers’ working process, verify the design output quality, guide the designers to finish design work according the standards, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and with required quality. 4. Maintain close communication and collaboration with German (Headquarter) R&D team, and complete assigned and co-developed tasks. 5. Preside over the weekly design meeting with our headquarters’ R&D team, and follow up assigned tasks until its completion

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical design. 2. More than 5 years of designer working experience, more than 2 years of team management experience, and multi-national company design management experience is preferred. 3. Innovative with good design methodology, rich visual expression and good aesthetic ability. 4. Good communication skill, team sprit with high sense of responsibility, 5. Able to work under pressure while ensure the quality of work, 6. Fluent in English. Foreigners with several year working in China are preferred 3. Proficient in Creo 3.0 design software, familiar with advanced surface command, and experienced in FEA analysis section
