Ideal Candidates Degree in Electronic, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of mechanical parts, electronic components, and MES systems Proficient in CAD and PCB design software; solid understanding of IPC standards Familiarity with Chip-on-board, SMT, THT, selective soldering, ultrasonic welding, and related processes Excellent negotiation and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
