Teachers adopt various teaching strategies to effectively attract students to participate in learning and meet their individual learning needs. 3. Teachers systematically collect, analyze, and use all relevant data to measure student academic progress, guide teaching content and methods, and provide timely feedback to students and parents throughout the academic year. 4. Teachers utilize various resources, routines, and procedures to provide a respectful, positive, safe, student-centered, and conducive learning environment. 5. Teachers adhere to professional ethics, communicate effectively, take responsibility, and participate in professional growth, thereby promoting student learning. 6. Teachers have achieved acceptable, measurable, and appropriate student academic progress in their work.

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Education or a PGCE degree, and hold a teaching qualification certificate (if applicable). 2.
