1. Develop classroom activities, coordinate and implement educational curricula based on practices and early learning standards suitable for children's development. 
 2. Plan individual and group activities suitable for children's age, actively engage children, and encourage their social, cognitive, and emotional growth. 
 3. By creating a positive environment that supports emotional connections between children and adults, as well as between children and peers, we provide emotional and behavioral support for children. 
 4. Manage the classroom well and provide support for children's development by setting clear and age appropriate expectations for their behavior. 
 5. Promote higher-order thinking skills and cognition through interaction and discussion, providing participatory teaching support for learning. 
 6. According to the guidance of the center, coordinate and conduct child development screening and continuous evaluation. 
 7. Ensure compliance with all central policies, state and local regulations. 
 8. Supervise teacher assistants and class volunteers to ensure they carry out activities according to plan and maintain appropriate hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. 
 9. Lead by example; Encourage teaching teams to achieve success through demonstration and guidance. 
 10. Maintain frequent communication with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent teacher meetings. 
 11. Maintain accurate records, forms, and archives. 
 12. Develop a personal career development plan to ensure continuous improvement in quality.

1、Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, Master's degree preferred. 2、Experience in Chinese traditions, language and curriculum is preferred. 3、At least 2 years of experience as a preschool/daycare teacher is preferred. 4、Teaching certificate is preferred. 5、Experience in supporting English language learners is preferred. 6、Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders including parents, staff, and community partners. 7、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and platform. 8、Technology proficiency including MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
