1. Handle major anomalies on the production line and confirm improvement effects; 2. Handle customer complaints and provide 8D reports; 3. Compile Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP) and quality operation guidelines; 4. Draft process quality control-related system documents; 5. Trace and manage process anomalies; 6. Organize and review Material Review Board (MRB) activities; 7. Review engineering changes, confirm the effectiveness of implementation, and maintain change records.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or other science and engineering disciplines; 2. Senior Engineer: At least 5 years of experience in the lithium battery industry; Engineer: At least 3 years of experience in the quality department of a lithium battery company; 3. Familiar with cell manufacturing processes and process quality control projects; proficient in using quality-related knowledge and tools for quality data analysis; 4. Experience in handling customer complaints; proficient in using 8D methodology for handling customer complaints and process anomalies; 5. Good communication skills and team management abilities; 6. Experience in pouch cell batteries and cell quality planning is preferred; 7. Basic English reading and writing skills are required; oral communication skills in English are preferred.
