1. Sign and follow-up of web novels: screen and review potential works, and continue to follow up the performance of works; 2. Maintain and develop positive business relationships with authors; help the author solve problems, and manage the community; 3. Find out potential novel authors: search excellent online articles and establish cooperative relationships with new novel authors.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Filipino, more than 2 years related working experience is preferred; 2. Familiar with online literature and original novel websites, sound reading foundation, and good sensitivity to content; 3. Excellent writing skills, write analysis and summary reports independently; 4. Calm, patient, good team work spirit; 5. Strong communication skills.
