- College degree or above with professional background in related field, such as supply chain management, logistics management, etc. - More than three years of working experience in production material control or related field, especially in large-scale manufacturing industry, with in-depth understanding and practical experience in material management, procurement process, etc. - Skilled in operating material management systems such as SAP, ERP, etc., and able to utilize these systems for material requirement planning, inventory management, purchase order generation, etc. - Master the principles and methods of inventory control, and be able to formulate reasonable inventory strategies to ensure the timeliness of material supply and optimization of inventory costs. - Communication and coordination with other internal departments (e.g. production, sales, R&D, etc.) and external suppliers is essential to ensure smooth material supply and timely resolution of problems. - Possess certain data analysis ability, able to count and analyze the data of material consumption and wastage, and propose improvement measures. - In the face of material shortages, delivery delays and other problems in production, need to take rapid measures to coordinate resources to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan. - Understand the overall operation process of the supply chain, including supplier management, procurement, transportation, warehousing, etc., so as to better collaborate with each link in the production material control.
