Responsible for the overall planning of the production operation system, including quality management, audit management, factory safety management, quality system construction, production efficiency improvement, cost control, product quality improvement, employee care and other management work. 1. Formulated and implemented the production and operation development strategy according to the company's development strategy; 2. Allocation of production and operation resources and construction of performance system; 3. Continuously improve all links of the production and operation system according to the requirements of the medical device production quality management standard; 4. Responsible for operating indicators such as production safety, supply chain, delivery, quality, inventory, production cost and efficiency; 5. Formulated and supervised the implementation of procurement plans, optimized supplier allocation, improved warehouse management, ensured the supply of raw materials and supplier quality; 6. Responsible for strengthening the control, education and implementation of production safety, strictly implementing safety laws and regulations and production operation procedures, and conducting regular supervision and inspection; 7. Responsible for communication and coordination with quality, technology, sales, finance and other related departments; 8.
