- Plan, implement and check the curriculum according to the age and ability of pupils in order to promote their progress and ensure their participation in learning - Produce teaching materials and resources appropriate to the age and ability of pupils. - Assess, record and report on the development, progress and achievement of all pupils allocated to the teacher. - Manage classrooms and teaching equipment to create a positive learning environment and make effective use of available resources. - Maintain good order and discipline among students. - Plan opportunities to develop students' learning socially, emotionally and culturally. - Attend faculty meetings as required.
