Working Period: March, 2025 until June 30th, 2025; <br/>Location: Jiading district, Shanghai near Shanghai Automobile City station of line 11 (School shuttle from the downtown on the weekdays)<br/><br/>Main Responsibilities:<br/>1. To work closely and professionally with the Mandarin Co-teacher to ensure the smooth running of daily routines<br/>2. To take full responsibility for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate program activities and assessment regarding the curriculum provided by school<br/>3. To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the children in supporting their learning<br/>4. To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community<br/>5. To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the children<br/>6. Other duties as reasonably required by the Head of Kindergarten<br/>

Requirements:<br/>1. Native English speaker<br/>2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related areas<br/>3. Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)<br/>4. Minimum 3 years' full time teaching experience <br/>5. ESL experience is desirable<br/>6. Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills<br/>7. Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school's curriculum, strategic plans and policies<br/>8. Strong interests in leading extra-curriculum program<br/>9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br/>10. Basic knowledge of spoken Mandarin is an advantage<br/>11. Personal integrity and professional ethics<br/>
