Complete whole grassroots management work in paper making section, responsible for the paper making production control of slice, personnel coordination, management and assessment of paper making section, on-site safety and hygiene management, etc. 1. Responsible for the production process control and quality management in paper making section, coordinate the work of each position, monitoring and promotion the staffs to do their own work well , responsible for the product quality、quality and safety of the shift; 2.Responsible for the abnormal production and improve production efficiency; 3. Ensure smooth handover of shift duty in paper making section. 4. Obey management and be responsible for completing other temporary work assigned by leaders.
