Location: Dalian, Qingdao, Chengdu, Beijing, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, Poland, India, Thailand, Vietnam or Remote option available(preferrably based in Southeast Asia): Job Description As a Global Resource Manager / Vendor Manager （Southeast Asian Market）, your key responsibility is to provide central resourcing support to the production teams, be in charge of existing resource management and coordinate the selection and incorporation of new partners. Responsibilities Work closely with Localization teams to keep track of latest resourcing need and priority. Proactively identify, prioritize and execute resource recruitment plan based on business strategy Maintain updated resource information on platform regarding vendor expertise, service types, availability and capacity, execute vendor management including establishing and leveraging quality and capacity metrics to optimize localization vendor performance Together with internal linguistic quality control team to establish, implement and manage vendor testing process, language asset maintenance, language quality measures and best practices. Create and implement performance standards and communication, objective prioritization and workload monitoring for all localization partners per locale Stay on top of local localization market trends relevant to the locales of interest and negotiate supplier rates with both existing and new partners accordingly. Analyze supplier volume allocation and outsourcing cost on regular basis, perform regular business collaboration with key partners on key accounts/markets. Promote an attractive image of the organization and our projects through communication, training and supplier loyalty programs Build a strong network in the localization industry including translators, reviewers, transcreators, content writers, copy writers, SEO specialists, subtitle translators, subtitle and dubbing studios, experienced localization leads and varied voice talents

Qualifications Bachelor degree and above is preferred Three years of broad localization experience especially supply chain development and management experience in IT, Marketing, Consumer Electronics, Electronic Commerce, Entertainment, Gaming or similar industry Demonstrated experience in successful resource recruitment and delivering vendor solutions to localization project teams Excellent communication, written and verbal skills in English, familiarity with multiple languages is a strong advantageExcel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - Intermediate-level, better with knowledge of Python and Power BI. Ability to analyze figures and data. Excellent understanding of the language translation process, technology and trends Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from cross-functional teams, as well as from external suppliers.
