Provide online customer service for overseas users. Respond user questions in a timely manner and provide enthusiastic service; Familiar with the product, can accurately find where the users' problems are, and cooperate with internal products and technical colleagues to solve problems; Regularly summarize user feedback and suggestions, provide insights for product optimization, thus improve user experience; Responsible for the language localization of product and marketing content, including translation and review; Support other tasks required for the growth of the Japanese market.

Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience is preferred; Native speaker of Japanese, fluent in English, Chinese is preferred; Strong sense of responsibility, good spirit of collaboration and service; Have good copywriting skills and communication skills.
