Job responsibilities
* Develop businesses in the field of Product Inspection, Testing, and Quality Management * Implement strategies and initiatives set-forth by the Company * Acquire new clients, and provide satisfactory pre-sales and post-sales services * Handle customer compliant, lead team to implement solutions and improvements * Work with technical teams ensuring requirements of clients are properly met * Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts * Build and develop sales teams * Speak regularly before professional client groups, and in seminars and conferences * Provide field inputs regarding markets, trends, and competition, and assist management in formulating strategies * Promote company image as opportunities arise
Job Requirements
* University or college degree, MBA a plus * Previous Business Development experience with proven track record * Demonstrated abilities working with diverse teams in a fast-face environment * Excellent inter-personal skills and result-oriented * Inspection service industry, 3rd party conformity assessment, or consulting industry experience preferred * Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus * Able to travel extensively, both locally and internationally * Both foreign nationals and local Chinese are welcomed to apply
