Core Responsibilities Market strategy and target management Formulate annual sales plan for overseas market, break down regional targets (e.g. Europe, North America, Southeast Asia) to ensure fulfillment of company's revenue and profit targets. Analyze global automotive tuning market trends, identify high-potential customers (e.g. tuning factories, racing teams, dealers), and lead new market entry strategies. Team management and business development Lead an overseas sales team of more than 5 people, optimize the customer development process (from inquiry to delivery), and provide regular training on product technical knowledge and negotiation skills. In-depth participation in international exhibitions (e.g. SEMA Show, Automechanika), leading negotiations with large customers (single order over 500,000 USD). Customer relationship and cross-functional collaboration Maintain strategic customers (multinational distributors), solve after-sales technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction ≥95%. Collaborate with R&D department to feedback market demand and drive customized product development (e.g. silent exhaust system compliant with EU ECE R117 regulation). Data-driven and Compliance Operations Monitor core indicators such as sales funnel conversion rate, gross margin, etc., and output market analysis reports on a monthly basis. Ensure overseas operations comply with local trade regulations (e.g. US EPA emission standards, Middle East GCC certification requirements).
Job Requirements
Requirements Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, international trade, marketing, or related fields. Age under 30. Overseas sales experience in the auto parts industry and team management experience preferred. Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent); mastery of a second foreign language (German/Arabic) is a plus. Core Competencies Proficient in foreign trade processes (L/C, TT, DP, etc.), familiar with Alibaba International Station and customs data platforms. Technical sales mindset; ability to grasp exhaust system parameters (e.g., back pressure, decibel range). Preferred: Overseas channel resources (Middle East tuning dealers, European racing clubs). Character Traits Result-driven, adaptable to high-intensity work and cross-time-zone communication. Risk anticipation skills and experience handling trade disputes (e.g., anti-dumping cases).
