Job responsibilities
1. Market development: Responsible for the development of designated overseas regional markets, with target customers including engineering contractors, sewage treatment plants, food processing plants, environmental engineering companies, etc.
2. Customer development: Proactively seek potential customers and establish connections through online and offline channels such as LinkedIn, local industry exhibitions, industry associations, search engines, etc.
3. Follow up throughout the sales process: from initial negotiations, technical proposal communication, quotation negotiation to contract signing and payment collection, responsible for the management and service of key customers throughout the process.
4. Localized marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that are tailored to the local market, including content localization, social media operations (such as LinkedIn), participation in industry exhibitions, etc.
5. Market intelligence collection: Collect competitor information and market trends to provide frontline support for headquarters' product and strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
1. Identity and Region: Priority should be given to overseas Chinese or those who have resided overseas for a long time. We hope you can deeply cultivate in any key market such as Central Asia, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East, and have a deep understanding of the local culture, business environment, and industrial fields.
2. Industry experience: Candidates with sales experience in industrial products, machinery and equipment, or B2B projects are preferred. Familiarity with environmental protection, water treatment, chemical, construction, or related industrial fields is preferred.
3. Market capability: Possess excellent market development skills, able to independently develop customers, explore business opportunities, and maintain relationships.
4. Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese communication and proficient in the local language.
